New web site design
The new web site design is finally up, and hopefully everyone finds it an improvement over our old one, which was starting to get pretty dated.
It have been tested in all of the major web browsers, but if anyone is having any problems viewing anything, please let me know.

December 2007
Annual SCBC Christmas Party
Tuesday December 11, 2007, 7:00 P.M.
The annual Salt City Brew Club Christmas party will be held at the Empire Brewing Company this year. Please RSVP club president Paul Shafer if you intend to attend, as he will need a headcount to make sure there is enough food for everyone. There is also a $10 cover which includes beer and food.
We will also be doing the annual 6-pack exchange at the party; bring a 6-pack, take a 6-pack or however many beers you bring. Homebrew or commercial beers are fine, but remember to make it interesting.
December is also the month we take nominations for SCBC officers, so if you would like to run for a position, be sure to get someone to nominate you. Voting will be at the January meeting so start working on those stump speeches! The positions are: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Brewsletter Editor, and Webmaster/mistress.
Site Face Lift
The SCBC web site is looking pretty dated these days, and it's time fr a face lift. You won't notice anything different on the main site until all of the new changes have been made, but if you're interested in the progress, you can check on it here.
New Link to Wyeast
Mick Barnes sent in a useful link that I've added to our Links page; A yeast pitching rate and growth calculator from Wyeast. It's definitely a useful tool, check it out.
